Shipping and payments

We ship our products via tracked delivery couriers ONLY to:

  • Romania and all the European Union countries (except for Malta and Cyprus)
  • The United Kingdom and
  • The United States of America.

FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD  you can shop our items on our storefront opened on the Vestiaire Collective marketplace.

For all orders placed on our own website retroiscooler.com, all shipping-related costs will be paid by the customer who places the order on our website.

Before you place an order on our website, at checkout stage, you will see detailed shipping costs related to your purchase, based on the country you are placing the order from.

We do our best to process your order in a timely manner. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and preparing your order.

Internationally, we use DHL to ship via tracked delivery to the E.U. countries (except Cyprus and Malta). Delivery times vary between 2-7 working days.

Kindly note that for items exceeding 2 kg or for items with a larger volumetric weight such as shoes or large jackets/coats, or if you purchase more items that need larger boxes you can opt for standard delivery at checkout. This is possible only if you are based in the EU. In this case, packages will be delivered by DPD, GLS or TCE via woot.ro. Delivery times vary between 3 to 10 working days. 

Our shipping tariffs vary based on the item's weight and/or its volume. DHL charges us by calculating the volume of the box. This may result in higher shipping costs for items that weigh less than 2 kg but are big in volume and need a larger box. Please contact us if you have any questions related to our shipping tariffs and we'll be happy to answer in more detail.

We have three types of boxes based on their volumetric weight: compact, medium, and large. Kindly note that volumetric weight is different than actual weight and is used by carriers to determine the shipping costs.

We also ship inland to the U.K. and to the U.S. using DHL's tracked delivery shipping. Delivery times vary between 2-7 working days and do not include any delays generated by customs' procedures that can happen and that are out of our hands.

In Romania, deliveries take between 1-3 working days from the moment your order has been shipped. We use the services of the woot.ro online platform, so your order will be shipped using one of the following shipping companies: SameDay, NemoExpres, UrgentCargus, DPD, Stack Curier.


Retroiscooler.com (operated by SC Wording Solutions SRL) cannot be held responsible in the event of your order arriving late to you due to reasons that are out of our control. 

Please be aware that taxes and duties may need to be paid when your parcel arrives at the border. All customs' fees and any related costs from such duties incurred by shipping an order placed on our website www.retroiscooler.com to you shall be paid by you, the customer.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided by you when placing an order is incorrect.
Please be aware that some post codes are considered by DHL remote areas, even if they are on the territory of the European Union, the United Kingdom and/or the United States of America. Due to technical limitations, this information is not available for our customers at checkout stage and we only find this information after an order has already been placed by a customer.

In such an event, the shipping costs can increase substantially, by amounts ranging from 10 EUR to 100 EUR per order. 
If such an even occurs, kindly note that we shall inform said customer who has already placed an order offering two possibilities: either a full refund of their order or shipping it via Romanian national post office services with no change of the price said customer had already paid for shipping when placing the order. 
Kindly note that deliveries via the Romanian national post office may take longer than DHL. We take no responsibilities for the duration of the delivery which is the sole responsibility of the Romanian national post office. 
 
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing that your order has been delivered.

We only accept payments made with debit and credit cards from VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

All our payments are processed by Stripe.



Livrarea și plățile

Expedierea produselor va fi făcută prin intermediul serviciilor de curierat, cheltuielile de expediție fiind suportate de către client.

Cheltuielile de expediție sunt detaliate pe site înainte de finalizarea comenzii de către client.

Facem tot posibilul pentru a procesa în cel mai scurt timp comanda dumneavoastră. Vă rugăm să ne acordați cel mult 2 zile lucrătoare pentru procesarea și expedierea comenzilor.

Livrarea în România se face prin curier și durează 1-3 zile lucrătoare din momentul expedierii comenzii. Folosim serviciile platformei woot.ro, astfel că expedierea comenzii dumneavoastră se va face cu una dintre următoarele firme de curierat: SameDay, NemoExpres, UrgentCargus, DPD, Stack Curier.

Livrarea internațională se realizează doar în statele membre U.E. și se face prin curier. Termenul de livrare internațional variază între 2 și 7 zile lucrătoare, în funcție de destinație.  Folosim serviciile DHL.

Wording Solutions SRL (proprietar al retroiscooler.com) nu este responsabilă în cazul în care produsele comandate sunt livrate cu întârziere din motive independente de voința acesteia (marfa a fost preluată de curier, dar acesta întârzie predarea etc.).

Plata se poate face doar online cu card bancar.

Procesatorul plăților este Stripe.

Carduri acceptate: VISA, American Express și Mastercard.
