Romania went to Euro 1996 after a fantastic World Cup tournament in the United States, led by a fabulous Gheorghe Hagi. England '96 was not as successful, even if Hagi was still there to captain its national side. Nonetheless, arguably, Romania had the best shirts of the tournament. And when on the back you have that number 10 and that Hagi name, things go to a whole new level.
