It's usually home and away ones that are in the spotlight when it comes to football shirts. However, this is one of the few cases when a goalkeeper shirt steals the show. It's made by Adidas for the Romanian national football team, it's player-issued (we believe for Bogdan Stelea, who was the main goalie back then) and it's so cool and nice it really shines.
